This committee was formed with the charge to make recommendations to the Chicago Ridge Board of Education in three areas:

1. Grading Scales (Accelerated vs. Traditional)
2. Reporting Periods (Quarters vs. Trimesters)
3. Homework (Best Practices)

In addition, the committee will also examine topics that include but are not limited to late work, zeros, and standards based reporting.

This section is intended to provide staff, parents, and community members with key information being researched/reviewed by the District's Homework/Grading/Reporting Committee.
